The latest Ordnance Survey map of Barnard Castle and Richmond has gone on sale.
The OS Landranger Map has changed its traditional look and replaced the cover with a picture of Eggleston Abbey, in Teesdale, County Durham.
The map covers an area stretching from South Stainmore in the west, to Bolam in the east, and from Stanhope in the north to Richmond in the south.
Modifications to the map mean that colours indicating roads have changed from red to green for primary routes.
The maps are available from bookshops, outdoor leisure shops and tourist information centres.
