SCENES from some of the region's most beautiful landscapes go on show later this month.
More than 100 paintings by Yorkshire Dales artists will be displayed at the annual Yoredale Art Club exhibition in Leyburn, Wensleydale.
Some of the paintings, in watercolour, oils, pastel, and pen and ink, will be on sale during the exhibition, at St Matthew's Church Hall, from June 27 to 30, 10am to 4pm. Admission is free.
A preview evening will be held on Wednesday, June 26, between 7.30pm and 9pm, for which tickets are available on (01748) 824514.
The club was formed in 1980 and has 35 members, who meet on Tuesdays at Leyburn's Thornborough Hall.
