A student fell 100ft to his death in front of shoppers when he plunged from a city centre car park on Sunday morning.
The 22-year-old un-named man, from the Newcastle area, fell from the multi-storey car park bridge next to the Bainbridge department store, at about 10.15am. Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances, but they are appealing for witnesses.
