Darlington College journalism students have proved they are experts at shorthand.
More than a third of the 35 trainees across the country who passed their 100 words per minute exam were from Darlington College and the only students in the country to get 120 words per minute were Sarah Bayliss and Jonathan Goode - both from the college.
