Cleveland Inn saw off one of their closest rivals for the title when they beat Iceland by 7-3. Star man was John Ryan with five goals on the trot with goals also from Craig Wilkes and Stuart Carter making up the seven.

Lingdale YCC kept up their early season form with a 3-2 victory over Parklands. An own goal put Parklands in front and they held the lead till the second period when Lingdale hit a purple patch to score thriee in six minutes. Simon Daynes scored on 62 minutes then doubled his tally on 65 and Morgan Clode made it three on 68 minutes. Parkland added their second direct from a corner in the last minute.

Priory beat Big W by 7-1. Poor defending proved costly for Big W as they had their fair share of the game. Priory scored on the half hour from then on it was all down hill for Priory. Impish Stephen Atkins scored twice as did John Barry with Stephen Thompson, Andrew Pink and Andy Brown making up the seven. Aaron Thompson got Big W's consolation.

Poverina kept up their unbeaten run with a 4-0 win over Priestfields who battled away for 80 minutes then fell apart conceding three in the closing minutes. Peter Caster scored two and Paul Jeffers and Jon Alderson one each.

Jack and Jill pulled off a good win away to Boosbeck St Aidens. Star man was Joe Hanratty with two goals for Jack and Jill but St Aidens hit back with a double but in the last minute Paul Tanner nicked the winner. Redcar Glazing beat SIFG Org by 7-1. Paul McCullough scored three, Craig Carey a brace with Carl Eddon and Peter Manton one each.

With th N R Challenge Cup D and E Locksmiths beat Layfield Arms by 12-0. A Craig Bell hat-trick, two from Andrew Mortimer (MoM) and singles from Peter Burrows, Steve Loughran, Steve Gordon, Jonnie Hill, Lee Freer, David McGovern and Mark Stevenson doing the damage.
