CELEBRITY chef Rosemary Shrager is to move her award-winning cookery school to the heart of North Yorkshire.
The school at Amhuinn-suidhe Castle, in the Hebrides, has twice been voted one of the country's top ten and has also featured in two Channel Five TV series.
She is moving her operation to another castle, Swinton Park, near Masham, a hotel that is the ancestral home of the Cunliffe-Lister family.
"The move to Swinton Park is a big step for the cookery school, but I am absolutely certain that it is the right one to make," Ms Shrager said.
"This is a great opportunity that can't be missed, both in terms of the facilities and the abundance of good quality local produce available."
The cookery school will be housed in the 18th Century stable block overlooking the castle and surrounding parkland.
Work has already started in preparation for the opening in June.
