REGIONAL development agency One NorthEast is moving its headquarters.
Technical staff from the agency are relocating to Stella House, at Newburn Riverside in Newcastle, to oversee its fitting out in time for its opening next month.
The building, named after the site's previous occupiers, Stella North Power Station, uses solar water heating and recycles roof water in the hope of achieving the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method's rating of excellent.
Three offices in Newcastle and Gateshead will be merged with the move to Newburn Riverside, but One NorthEast will retain its office at Belasis Technology Park, in Billingham, on Teesside.
