A PLAN to build two semi-detached cottages which had been previously refused, has been given the go ahead by councillors.
The plan will see two homes built east of Hallgarth View, Hutton Conyers, in a small gap between Hallgarth View and West View.
Planning officer Jill North said that under new housing policy, the application could be approved. Hewicks and Hutton Parish Council backed the application and members of Ripon area planning committee of Harrogate Borough Council gave it their approval.
