A SPECIALIST car restorer has won a national benchmark for quality.
Aston Martin specialists, the Aston Workshop, of Beamish, County Durham, has achieved the British Standard for quality management, ISO 9001, in only four months.
The firm was founded in 1988 and operates from a 27,000ft workshop in Beamish.
It employs 20 specialist workers, on projects from servicing and unleaded fuel conversions, to one-off constructions, specials and replicas.
