CHILDREN from Burneston CE School raised £100 for St Teresa's Hospice at their Christmas carol concert.
The concert was held at Kirklington Church, where the children entertained their families and friends with a programme of festive songs.
Hospice director Jane Bradshaw said: "We are delighted that so many schools have rallied round to raise funds for the hospice.
"Any other schools or organisations who are interested in raising funds for the hospice can contact the community fundraising office for a list of events in which they can get involved."
