WE'VE teamed up with Nationwide, an official partner of the FA Cup and England team, to celebrate this year's FA Cup competition and get fans into FA Cup Fever.

Nationwide understands how fans can catch FA Cup Fever by getting caught up in the excitement and giant killings, which make the FA Cup the biggest and most exciting cup competition in the world.

Leading FA Cup scorer and hero Ian Rush (below) has already got into the spirit by posing with a sculpture of the FA Cup made entirely out of ice and he's urging fellow football fans to take part.

We want you to show you've caught FA Cup Fever by creating your FA Cup shapes made from weird and wonderful things. Please enclose your name and address with your entry.

All the entries from Local Heroes readers will be put into a hat with one lucky winner being selected at random to win a full football kit for their team along with a training pack full of football goodies including a ball, whistle, bibs, water bottles, cones and a bag to put it all in for your club or school.

All entries received will also be entered into a national competition, with the winner being decided by a panel of judges. The overall winner will see their shape transformed into a Nationwide advert, which will be used in the FA Cup Final programme this season, along with tickets to the FA Cup Final including accommodation and travel.

All entries should be sent by post to Nationwide FA Cup Competition, Ptarmigan, 423 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS4 2EZ.

Deadline for entries is February 28, 2003.
