THE Reverend David Wilkinson, of St John's College, Durham University, a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, will give a presentation on God and science next week.
Mr Wilkinson will give the talk at the Methodist Church, in High Street, Carrville, near Durham, on Friday, February 28, from 7.30pm.
He will examine cosmology, the creation, the big bang theory and the work of Professor Stephen Hawking.
Tickets are £2.50 and £1 for children. Proceeds are in aid of the church building fund.
