The case against David Joynes, 24, of Barden Moor Road, Darlington has been adjourned for a pre-trial review.
Mr Joynes is accused of stealing tools from the Alexander-le-Skerne factory in Albert Hill, Darlington, in September. He was given conditional bail and ordered to appear at Sedgefield Magistrates' Court on March 6.
Warrant issued: A warrant without bail has been issued for Martin Kelly, 39, of Minors Crescent, in Darlington, after he failed to appear before Darlington magistrates yesterday. He is accused of stealing aftershaves worth £72.27 from Boots, and three toys worth £17.47 from Boyes, in Darlington.
Court absence: A warrant without bail has been issued for Lisa Marie Donnelly, 30, of Burke Hall Road, Thorntree, in Middlesbrough, after she failed to appear at Darlington Magistrates' Court yesterday. Ms Donnelly had previously pleaded guilty to two charges of failing to appear at court.
