A JUDGE banned a man from all licensed premises yesterday as a condition of his bail for an alleged biting attack on a police officer.
Terence Stones, 37, was accused of biting the officer on the face and leg in Hartlepool, Teesside Crown Court was told.
Mr Stones, of Want Crescent, Easington Colliery, was charged with unlawful wounding, affray and assault on a police officer.
The Recorder of Middlesbrough, Judge Peter Fox QC, also banned him from Hartlepool, and remanded him on bail until March 21 when he will be asked to plead to the charges.
