A WOMAN who was involved in a four-and-a-half-hour seige was remanded in custody by a judge yesterday.
Terrie Twentyman, 36, was arrested at her ex-husband's home in Park Lane, Middlesbrough, by police using CS gas, truncheons and riot shields.
She was charged with false imprisonment, threats to kill and assault on police after the incident, on February 10.
Mrs Twentyman, from Peirse Close, Middlesbrough, was not asked to plead to the charges at Teesside Crown Court.
She was remanded in custody and the case was due back in court on March 20.
