Fifteen minutes from time, Coulby man of the match Mark Sowerby made no mistake with his spot kick to give his side a share of the points.

Early in the second period, Truscott and Peter Renton combined to restore United's advantage but Neil Dillon replied following a corner to tie the game up once again. Sadly their cup form deserted the Woodmans yet again in the league as North Skelton levelled and then hit the winner.
