NORTH-EAST author David Sutherland's latest book goes on sale soon.
A Child at War is a series of short stories depicting the Second World War, as seen through the eyes of a country doctor in the Northern Dales.
The successful Teesside-based author was also honorary surgeon to the England football team from 1977 to 1998.
With thirty publications on medical topics stretching back to 1965, Mr Sutherland's books have been published throughout the world.
