Mark Stephenson has joined the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority as a building conservation officer.
Based in Bainbridge, Mr Stephenson's role will include offering advice on buildings with a historic or architectural significance, keeping the authority's database up to date, and identifying any buildings which may be at risk.
