Ross Heslop also hit a hat-trick as Redheugh defeated Consett 7-1, while two goals by Chris Hall were insufficient for Leam Rangers, who were held to a 2-2 draw by Winlaton.

In the Under-12 division Martin Taylor starred in Redheugh's 6-1 victory at Blaydon when he scored three of his side's goals.

A brace of goals from Conner Etheridge assisted Consett to a 4-1 success in their home fixture with Cleveland Hall, but the other two games were more closely contested. Swalwell had to work hard for a 1-0 win at Winlaton and Low Fell just had the edge on Whickham Fellside Blues winning by the odd goal in three.

Three games were played in the Under-12 league cup. Andrew Reynoldson scored both the Blackfyne goals in his team's 2-0 victory at home to Leam Rangers Yellows, while Leam Rangers Greens defeated Beamish by the only goal of the game.
