Annandale Hotel v Grosmont: Recent good form continued as they claimed three points against Grosmont. After an even start to the game, Berry opened the scoring for Annandale with a close range shot. The remainder of the half developed into a tense midfield battle and despite plenty of possession Grosmont found the Heathcock brothers in commanding form at the back and the hosts held on to their slender lead to the break. Annandale went straight into the attack in the second half with Garbutt making it 2-0 with a strong shot into the top corner of the net. Further pressure resulted in Twiby firing inches wide and Bowmaker going close with a long range effort but it was Barker who made it 3-0 with a chip over the keeper. Annandale then allowed Grosmont back into the game, keeper, Farndale having to pull off a string of top class saves, however he could do nothing to stop Jobling pulling a goal back and when Swales then scored with a quickly taken free kick the visitors were back in the match. The Annandale defence were required to defend doggedly for the last minutes of the game to hang on and take all three points.

Goldsborough Utd v Staithes Ath: Both teams started the game slowly and few chances were created during the first 25 minutes. Both defences were playing well and restricted the attackers to shots from long range. Goldsborough were unlucky in the 30th minute when Welford's 20-yard shot beat the Staithes keeper only to hit an upright. The second half saw both teams pushing for goal and Goldsborough took the lead on 55 minutes when good work down the right enabled Dent to score from close range. Staithes then pushed for an equaliser but excellent work from Cleaver in the Goldsborough defence kept them out. The visitors finally levelled the score after 70 minutes when corner taken by Beddingfield was pushed into his own net by the Goldsborough keeper. Goldsborough almost grabbed a late winner when Sanderson's fierce shot from 25 yards was pushed past the post by Jackson.

Lealholm v Boosbeck Utd: Lealholm began the game well and created a number of half chances in the first 15 minutes but it was Boosbeck who took the lead when a cross from the laeft by Parry was headed in by Russel. After an uneventful 15 minutes Boosbeck went further ahead when a good move down the right created a cross from Craig Winter which found the head of Dean Winter and again beat the Lealholm keeper. Lealholm then began to attack but found the Boosbeck keeper in good form. First a shot from Harland was tapped round the post, then came a point-blank save following a shot from Chadwick, then a corner in the closing seconds of the half saw a Carruthers header well-saved. The second half saw very few chances created. Although with ten minutes to go Carruthers almost got Lealholm back into the match but his headed shot clipped the bar. Lealholm finally managed a consolation in injury time when a Holland cross put Atkinson through to score. Final score was 2-1.

Lingdale Tavern v Gt Ayton: Lingdale came close to scoring when a Downing corner was headed on to the bar by Gary Hood and scrambled clear by the Ayton defence. Ayton took the lead when a Murray corner was headed by Downing into his own goal. With both teams playing some good football and cancelling each other out, it was two minutes before half time when a good exchange between Breckon and Calvert on the edge of the box put Calvert through to level the score. Lingdale started the second half well when Thompson won the ball to put Breckon through to lob the Ayton keeper from 25 yards. Lingdale then went furter ahead two minutes later when Breckon returned the favour to put Thompson through to score from 20 yards. Murray and Ripley battled hard in the Ayton midfield but were unable to break down the Lingdale defence. Lingdale then took contol, Gary Hood headed home following a Downing corner and the game was finished off when a Darcy corner was knocked into his own net by the Ayton keeper to make the final score 5-1 in a game well controlled by referee Andy Himsworth.
