A TEENAGER has appeared in court for a second time charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
The 14-year-old, who cannot be named, appeared before Sedgefield magistrates, County Durham, in connection with a crash in which 13-year-old Liam Richardson, from Ferryhill, was killed.
The boy is also accused of aggravated vehicle taking, driving without insurance, failing to report an accident and driving without a licence.
The case was adjourned until April 28 for a plea and directions hearing at Teesside Crown Court.
