A Newton Aycliffe water polo squad has gained more recognition with international call-ups for its members.
Sedgefield 75 water polo squad trio Carol Mohan, Angela Winstanley-Smith and Tara Smith have been picked to play for Great Britain against the Italians in Rome.
The Sedgefield squad also has senior GB international Rachel Betts, Swedish international Helena Randquist and junior GB players Samantha Mitchell, Sarah Scott and Anna Richardson.
