Chairman Pauline Myers welcomed delegates and members to the March meeting of Darlington and District Federation of Townswomen's Guild.
Minutes were read by secretary Sue Alderson and treasurer Honor Hunton gave the financial statement. Guild reports were received from Hummersknott, whose members had enjoyed an evening of food and drink by Marks and Spencer and an evening of music by Ivor Novello and Mowden Park Guild had enjoyed talks about climbing Kilimanjaro and living in Thailand.
