A STYLIST has proved she is a cut above the rest after being one of ten in the country picked for a scholarship.
Kirsty Wood, 31, from Saks in Chester-le-Street, has been picked by the national hair and beauty chain to join the group's first Art Team Scholarship programme.
The initiative is designed to give hairdressers the chance to develop their creative and teaching skills.
