A FIRM of chartered accountants has appointed a marketing assistant.
Clive Owen & Co has made Carolyn Owers the third member of its expanding marketing department, based in the Darlington office.
Her role will involve developing direct mail and telemarketing campaigns, organising events and co-ordinating the firm's networking with other regional professionals.
She said: "The culture of the firm is very proactive and the whole team plays a part in marketing and supporting the promotional activities."
Margaret Gill, marketing manager, said: "Carolyn has joined us at an exciting time, as the firm enters its 20th year in business and is still growing. In the marketing department we tend to juggle a wide variety of activities,. including PR for clients, organising events and networking, so Carolyn's energetic lifestyle and ability to combine work with a demanding leisure time means she will have a great future as part of our team."
