TEACHERS will spend two hours on Saturday serving at drive-through fast-food restaurants to raise money for their schools.
Between noon and 2pm they will raise £1 for every car served, with McDonalds donating at least £150 to each school.
Teachers from Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary School, Moorside Comprehensive, Chilton Infant and Junior School, Newker Primary and Beaumont Hill schools will be serving at restaurants in Wolviston, near Stockton, Consett, Thinford, The Arnison Centre in Durham City, and Newton Aycliffe, as part of the Drive-Thru Challenge.
