THERE has been a number of incidents of car crime in the North Road area of Darlington in the past month.
Three cars were stolen from Colarado Grove, Progress Way and Beaumont Hill on Tuesday night.
Police have also reported cars being broken into at lunchtimes in the North Road area, particularly in Morrisons car park.
Officers have warned motorists to lock valuable items away and not keep items on show that would attract thieves.
