WEAR Valley Disability Access Forum is launching a drive to support people with hearing difficulties to coincide with National Deaf Awareness Week, which runs from Monday to Friday.
Charities Deaf Plus, which offers advice on aids and equipment, and Hearing Concern will take part in a disability awareness day in Wolsingham. Social Services' sensory impairment team will also be available with advice on services and equipment at the Church Masonic Hall, on Friday, from 11am to 3pm.
