A NORTH-EAST quantity surveyor is helping breathe life into a site in London.
Newcastle quantity surveyor and cost consultant firm Henry Riley has been working on a £4.5m apartment development near London Bridge.
The site has been transformed into a block of eight apartments, one penthouse and two commercial units on the ground floor.
