A cookery school will be opened later this month.
Celebrity chef Rosemary Shrager has moved her cookery school to Swinton Park, near Ripon, from Amhuin-nsuidhe Castle in Scotland.
Paul Theakston of the Black Sheep Brewery will open the school at a launch party on May 29.
About 100 guests are expected to attend, including hoteliers and chefs, North Yorkshire food suppliers, members of the tourism industry, and local dignitaries.
