TWO teenagers have been arrested after a pursuit through a town centre.
Officers were alerted at 1.15pm yesterday that a suspected stolen car had been seen in Whessoe Road, Darlington.
The car, containing two men, was then reported to be parked in Longfield Road, before it was seen driving along Haughton Road.
Officers and the police helicopter pursued the vehicle.
The car was stopped in Haughton Road at 1.45pm, close to the junction with Hundens Lane.
Two Darlington teenagers were arrested on suspicion of stealing the vehicle.
