CAMERA AUCTION: Washington Camera Club is holding an auction of photographic equipment and other items at 7.15pm tonight, at the Harraton Camera Club.
FAMILY FESTIVAL: The North Washington Family Festival will be held from 10am to 3.30pm on Sunday, in Washington Millennium Centre, and in Concord Front Street.
CHARITY NIGHT: North Biddick Social Club is holding a charity country and western night with live music in aid of Breakthrough Breast Cancer at 7pm on Tuesday.
WILD TALK: Ian Graham, of Durham Wildlife Trust, gave a talk to the Friends of Princess Anne Park at their latest meeting in the North Biddick Social Club.
WATER CHARITY: Fifty pupils from Usworth School took part in a sponsored swimathon in the school pool in aid of the Sharron Davies Trust.
HALL TOUR: Members of the Washington University of the Third Age group have been given a guided tour of Washington Old Hall.
SUMMER FAIR: Washington School is holding its summer fair from 11am to 3pm tomorrow.
