Crook Belle Vue won the vital top of the table clash against the visiting Ferryhill to break the deadlock between them and move three points clear at the top. However, Cockton Hill whitewashed their hosts at the Victoria to move just one point behind Ferryhill with a match in hand.

Cockton Hill had a similar success at dominoes to move two points clear of Crook Belle Vue and three ahead of Crowtrees with a match in hand of both.

The Victoria produced the shock in the pool section for they only dropped one point to the visiting Cockton Hill and so forced them down to fourth place. Ferryhill lead the section by eight points with Crook Belle Vue and the Victoria sharing second place, one ahead of Cockton Hill.

In the darts section there were maximums from Mark Frizzell of Byers Green and Joe Blakey of Willington, whilst Alan Clarkson of Byers Green made a twelve darts finish.
