POLICE are appealing for help to identify a man who was seen watching a woman in the changing rooms at Newton Aycliffe Leisure Centre.
A woman using a changing cubicle in the leisure centre at about 2pm on Tuesday, May 20, looked up to see a man staring down at her. He disappeared, but was seen again in changing rooms later.
The man was 5ft 10in, of medium build with a big stomach. He had receding black hair and tattoos on his forearms. He wore jeans and a white T-shirt.
