YOUNGSTERS are being urged to take part in an annual run to raise funds for the county's first hospice for children and young people.
Martin House Hospice, in Boston Spa, wants as many under-17s as possible to take part in the BUPA Junior Great North Run, which will be held next month.
Registration for the run costs £12.50 and entrants who complete the race will receive a medal, certificate, T-shirt and two tickets to the CBBC Junior Great North Run Party at Gateshead International Stadium after the race.
