TTE International, part of the TTE Management and Technical Training Group, has been given the chance to develop a competency-training programme in the Middle East following the success of a similar scheme on Teesside.
Engineers Hassan Abd Ali Asad and Jaber Mohammed Bader are working at TTE's two sites at South Bank and Wilton International towards becoming competency assurance assessors for Bahrain Petrochemical Company (BAPCO).
With the help of TTE's training programme the two will achieve an A1 Assessor Award qualification. As a direct result of its success TTE has been invited to submit a proposal to take its training scheme to Bahrain and deliver it on-site at BAPCO.
