THE drive to regenerate Richmond's economy has netted its third success.
A cobbler's on King Street and a shop selling teddies on Finkle Street have opened since the Town Centre Forum launched an initiative in January to attract a wider variety of shops .
The old Chantry Wynd caf off Finkle Street has also recently re-opened under new management.
Catterick's Michael Harper has added his name to the list, opening Guitar House 55 on Castle Walk. He hopes to make a living from his hobby.
He said: "The nearest guitar shop was over 15 miles away in Darlington and I had to travel even further to find everything I needed. Musicians are prepared to travel a reasonable distance to find what they are looking for, so I hope my shop may attract more people to Richmond.
