A stunt biker is to make an attempt to break the world record for ''doughnuts'' at a charity event in Durham this weekend.
Darlington daredevil Dave Coates will attempt to complete 20 full circles on his motorbike while keeping his back wheel spinning in a spectacular display of power and control.
The attempt is part of the annual Bikewise event run by Durham Police at their Aykley Heads HQ in Durham. Entry for the event on Sunday costs £1 with children getting in for free.
