A RECRUITMENT consultancy is moving to new offices and creating up to 50 jobs.
Specialist consultancy Nigel Wright, based on Tyneside, is remaining in the North-East, despite a growing list of clients across the country.
The firm, which employs 40 staff, provides recruitment services in the consumer products, food, drink and automotive sectors across the UK.
Managing director Nigel Wright said growth in business did not mean a need to open offices outside the region.
The 8,350sq ft office, in the Lloyds Court development, in Newcastle's Grey Street, is almost twice the size of the company's former Pilgrim Street home.
It will allow the firm to keep staff centralised, avoiding the costs that come with establishing a nationwide branch network.
With 95 per cent of applications arriving either through the company's website or via e-mail, Mr Wright said that where neccessary, staff can still travel to meet clients.
