A RESIDENTS' group is seeking help to put the finishing touches to its new community centre.
Chilton West Residents' Association has obtained the lease on two properties in Coleridge Road.
Interior grilles have been fitted to downstairs windows but the group does not have the funding to complete the upper floor, so is seeking help from a local business or individual.
The interior is being painted with the help of the Probation Service but it has taken a massive amount of paint.
The association has galvanised railings to surround the rear of the house and the play area, which has been given by Hydram Engineering, but needs help to complete the work.
A volunteer electrician is also needed for minor electrical work.
Anyone who would like to offer help to the residents association with any of these jobs is asked to contact Peter Crawforth on (01388) 720490.
