CRICKET and football clubs are invited to take part in funding workshops.
Two workshops for clubs in Ryedale have been arranged in partnership with Yorkshire Cricket Board and the North Riding FA.
The aim of the two evenings is to inform clubs of the development and funding opportunities available, provide information on club accreditation and to share good practice and assist clubs with local issues.
The workshops will be led by Ian Dews, from Yorkshire Cricket Board, and Andy Clay, from the North Riding FA, in conjunction with Ben Grady, from Ryedale District Council.
"The workshops will be of great benefit to footballers and cricketers of all ages, and abilities," said Mr Grady.
The cricket workshop will take place at Ryedale House, Malton, on October 9, from 7pm to 9pm. The football workshop will be on November 4, at the same venue and same time.
