CIU League: Middlestone Moor gave themselves a chance of landing the dominoes title when they only dropped one point to the visiting Prospect Club and saw the league leaders, Cockton Hill go down by the odd point at home to Byers Green.

This leaves Cockton Hill seven points ahead but Middlestone moor have a match in hand and a one point lead over Chilton.

In the pool section Ferryhill look safe bets to take the title as they are nine points clear of Cockton Hill with a match in hand. Crook Belle Vue are two points adrift of Cockton Hill, but also have a match in hand.

Crook Belle Vue are unbeaten in the darts section and lead Cockton Hill by one point with a match in hand. Ferryhill also have a match in hand in third place but are ten points behind Cockton Hill.

The leading individual scorers in the darts were Jeff Sneath and Paul Knighton with 180 each for Crook Belle Vue, Alan Clarkson 180 for Byers Green and Colin Kitch 180 for Cockton Hill, whilst Tommy Ward of Cockton Hill finished two legs in fourteen darts each.
