DISCO DATE: Howden-le-Wear Community Centre has restarted its Friday children's disco, from 6.30pm to 8pm, and Saturday bouncy castle sessions -up to age eight from 10am to 11am, and nine to 12 from 11am to noon.

PARTNERSHIP MEETS: The Crook Community Partnership will meet on Thursday, at 7pm, in the partnership office, 79 Hope Street. On the agenda are plans for a youth forum, the market town initiative programme and Christmas lights.
