DRIVERS interested in learning new skills can take part in a free assessment drive run by Darlington Advanced Motorists.
The assessment drives will take place at Morrisons, Morton Park, on Sunday, from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
A Skill for Life safe driving course, organised by the group, will be held at the Indoor Bowls Centre, in North Road, beginning on Wednesday, October 22, at 7.30pm
This will be followed by another indoor session, when an advanced test examiner will be present.
The Skill for Life package costs £85, and includes the advanced driving test and one year's membership of the group.
