A mental health trust has been praised in a report by the Commission for Health Improvement (CHI).
Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland Mental Health NHS Trust was complimented for its efforts to involve patients in its work.
Its use of former patients as part of clinical teams is something the rest of the NHS can learn from, the CHI said
