The two bottom sides, Darlington Dalesman and Darlington Skerne Park had a great encounter for most of this fixture, but once again the final ten minutes caught out Skerne Park.

Steve Madden in the Dalesman goal denied Skerne Park an interval lead with a excellent penalty save to leave the first half goalless, Chris Walker hit a pair for Skerne Park with Graeme Stamper two for Dalesmans (one penalty) then came a hat-trick from Mike Bainbridge to secure a 5-2 Dalesman victory.
