THAI-BOXING: For the first time two female Darlington fighters will represent their country when they take on two Scottish opponents next month.
Jenny Blenkinsopp, 32, and Katie Ireson, 18, will be part of the England side which takes on a mix of Scottish opposition as well as the French national side at the ASE Club, Northgate, Darlington.
Tickets are available from Darlington Boxing and Martial Arts Academy in Portland Place or from the ASE Club.
Alternatively, call (01325) 369655. They cost £14 and £16.50 and a limited number will be available on the door.
