PARISIONERS are celebrating the 75th anniversary of their church being opened.
Our Lady of Lourdes Church, in Milton Street, in Saltburn, will hold an exhibition, including photographs, from tomorrow for a week.
On Friday, November 28, Bishop John Crowley will celebrate mass, followed by a parishioners' family dance and ceilidh with a buffet supper at nearby Emmanuel church hall.
Canon Bill Madden said: "We are sure many people, not only parishioners, will find the exhibition of interest. Guides will be on hand each morning."
He said parishioners would welcome new members and anyone who has lost touch with the parish over the years.
