A HEALTH trust has published a magazine to keep people informed about its services.
Durham and Chester-le-Street Primary Care Trust's (PCT) publication, Your Local NHS, gives information on how it is performing on issues such as reducing waiting times, making improvements and future plans for services.
Andrew Young, chief executive of the PCT, said: "This magazine looks back at many of the successes we have had in developing new local services, improving local health care, redesigning how care is provided and also outlines some of our aspirations for the future.
"We hope that people enjoy reading the magazine and give us their comments on the service developments that have taken place and on ways in which we can deliver better quality services for local people in the future."
Copies of the magazine will be available at GP practices, dentists, pharmacists, opticians, health centres and libraries.
The magazine is also available on audiocassette or in large print or other languages by ringing the PCT offices on 0191-301 1457.
