A BUSINESS specialising in motivation classes for residents in nursing and residential homes has been launched in the North-East.
Motivation and Co moved into the Warrior Park Care Home, in Seaton Carew, after deciding to expand outside Yorkshire.
It is planning to recruit staff from across the North-East to set up as franchisees in the region.
Elaine Everett established Motivation and Co in 1997.
The business has proved successful, with care homes in Yorkshire using the company's franchises in York, Wakefield and Leeds.
Motivation and Co is working with The Franchise Company, based in Darlington, to ensure that franchising operations grow across the UK.
The company is aiming to have 20 franchises operating by the end of next year.
